5 1/2 weeks ago - 77kg / 169.75lbs

10 days ago - 75.25kg / 165.9lbs

Last night - 73.8kg / 162.7lbs

Good stuff Brian,

I am currently at your starting weight ie. about 78kg....long way to go as I would like to further reduce my body fat % as well.

Could you give me some tips as what food you usually take in order to faciliate the fat loss you are currently able to pull off?

8.30am - Oats (3 tbsp) + milk
12.30pm - Chap fahn (without the fahn)/normal lunch but no rice/noodles
5.00pm - Breakfast bar
6.30pm GYM
9.30pm - Wholemeal sandwich (either peanut butter or cheese) + banana (where possible)


*omit rice/noodles!
